PORTO BRANDÃO at Talaminho 2007-10-27

Photographs of the former Transtejo ferry PORTO BRANDÃO taken on 27 October 2007 in the South Bank of the river Tagus, at Talaminho. The former HADAG ferry was purchased by TRANSTEJO in 1977. She was sold to be converted to a cruise ship to operate in the Algarve but it seems the project never went ahead... May be one of our German reader is willing to rescue her?

FERNANDO PESSOA in the river Tagus 2007-10-05

The Portuguese fast ferry FERNANDO PESSOA, one of the SOFLUSA ships used on the Lisbon - Barreiro ferry service. This 600 passnegers ferry was constructed in Singapore by Damen.
